Do I need prior knitting experience?
No. Our Foundations track is designed for beginners, teaching yarn behavior, tension control, and essential stitches before you touch advanced tools.
What tools are required?
A set of hand needles and a measuring tape are enough for the first modules. For machine courses, we provide tool-agnostic instructions you can map to your specific device.
Are there schedules or can I learn at my own pace?
All courses are self-paced with suggested sprint cadences. You can follow our weekly plan or accelerate if you already have experience.
Do you issue certificates?
Yes. After completing all rubrics in a track, you’ll receive a digital certificate from Softshore KnitLab summarizing your completed modules and skills.
Can I get feedback on my work?
Selected modules include optional peer reviews and instructor notes. You’ll receive criteria-aligned feedback tied directly to the rubric.
What is your refund policy?
If you’re unsatisfied within 14 days and have completed less than 20% of the content, contact us for a refund review. We aim to be fair and transparent.
How do favorites and cart work?
Favorites save course IDs locally in your browser to the Fallows list. The cart stores quantities the same way. You can clear them anytime from your browser.
Do courses cover grading and sizing?
Yes. Our grading modules walk through measurement sets, ease strategies, and multi-size pattern systems with test protocols.
Can teams enroll together?
